'Sunrise’ is a very popular caravan located at Landscove Holiday Park which is nestled on the cliff tops next to Berry Head National Park.

The property is well-appointed and beautifully maintained, offering a bright lounge area with a sofabed, and two further armchairs. The sliding doors open out onto a 10ft decking area with comfy seating, perfect for watching the early morning sunrise!

The modern fitted kitchen is extremely well equipped and boasts a washer/dryer, slimline dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with icemaker, plus gas oven with grill and hob, microwave and toaster.

There is a good size double bedroom with ensuite shower room and a large walk-in wardrobe offering fantastic storage and hanging space. The twin room has two 2’6″ beds, bedside table and a wardrobe.

The bathroom is unusually spacious for the property type, with the added bonus of a bathtub for those who like a relaxing soak after a long day!

Landscove Park is a quiet park with limited facilities, the real lure here is the wonderful location and the access to beautiful walks and breathtaking coastal views. The quaint harbour town of Brixham is a short drive or 1.5 mile walk away, which offers a whole host of attractions and excellent eateries.

Important note for 2026
The facilities at Landscove will be closed for 2026 due to refurbishment.
During this closure, guests are invited to use the fantastic new facilities at the sister park ‘Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat’ which is just a 10 minute walk along the coast path – or a 3 minute drive.
‘The Bay’ is a stylish new facility offering a seasonal outdoor swimming pool (open 1 May – 20 Sept), fitness room and a café / bar with beautiful sea views!
