Seascape

Seascape is a cosy caravan located at Landscove Holiday Park at Berry Head in Brixham. This wonderful location makes it the perfect base for a family holiday in South Devon. Landscove Park is a quiet holiday park, with seasonal facilities, including a covered swimming pool, ‘The Cove’ Bar & Kitchen, activities room, shop and outdoor children’s play area.

The bright open-plan living space is kitted out with everything you need. There are two large comfortable sofas, a dining table and a well-equipped kitchen. The property benefits from double glazing and gas-fired central heating keeping it warm and snug year-round.

There are two bedrooms; a spacious double and a twin room with two 2’3″ beds, sharing a shower room.

In the lounge there is a sofa bed to accommodate up to 2 additional guests.

Accommodation comprises:

Double bedroom with a standard double bed, bedside tables, large built-in wardrobe.
Twin bedroom with two 2’3″ single beds and wardrobe
Shower room with walk-in shower (Jack and Jill access from bedroom and hallway)
Separate WC
Kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas hob/oven, microwave, airfryer, slow cooker & toaster. Good storage space. Washing machine.
Lounge/diner (open planned with kitchen) with 32″ TV, electric fan heater, two sofas, dining table with corner bench seats. Sofa bed for 1-2 guests
Sun deck enclosed with fencing and gate.
Gas central heating
Parking space for one car at the side.

Important note for 2026
The facilities at Landscove will be closed for 2026 due to refurbishment.
During this closure, guests are invited to use the fantastic new facilities at the sister park ‘Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat’ which is just a 10 minute walk along the coast path – or a 3 minute drive.
‘The Bay’ is a stylish new facility offering a seasonal outdoor swimming pool (open 1 May – 20 Sept), fitness room and a café / bar with beautiful sea views!

Membership passes are required to use the facilities, prices are as follows (correct at time of writing):
