Lavender Cottage is a very well-presented holiday bungalow, tucked away in a quiet corner on Landscove Holiday Park, at Berry Head in Brixham. This wonderful location proudly sits in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, making it the perfect base for a holiday in beautiful South Devon.

The property offers a welcoming open-plan living space with bright, coastal interiors. There is a well-equipped kitchen and dining area with everything you need for preparing meals together after a day out exploring the bay.

There are 2 stylish bedrooms, a double and a small double, sharing a modern shower room with large walk-in shower. The bedrooms have lovely rural views towards Berry Head Nature Reserve.

Outside you will find a picnic bench and patio in a garden with mature lavender bushes and small lawned area.

Landscove Park is a quiet park with limited facilities, the real lure here is the wonderful location and the access to beautiful walks and breathtaking coastal views. The quaint harbour town of Brixham is a short drive or 1.5 mile walk away, which offers a whole host of attractions and excellent eateries.

Accommodation comprises:

Double bedroom with a standard double bed, bedside tables with drawers, wall hooks for hanging space
Second double bedroom with small double bed and two single wardrobes
Shower room with large walk-in electric shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail
Kitchen with electric double oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher

Important note for 2026
The facilities at Landscove will be closed for 2026 due to refurbishment.
During this closure, guests are invited to use the fantastic new facilities at the sister park ‘Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat’ which is just a 10 minute walk along the coast path – or a 3 minute drive.
‘The Bay’ is a stylish new facility offering a seasonal outdoor swimming pool (open 1 May – 20 Sept), fitness room and a café / bar with beautiful sea views!
