This beautiful property has a wonderful location, with sea views. It is presented to a high standard throughout and offers stylish accommodation for up to six guests, in 2 large bedrooms with a sofa bed in the lounge.

The inviting living room, is tastefully furnished and offers a real home from home experience. The comfortable lounge dining area is open to a fully equipped kitchen which offers everything you need to make your self-catering holiday a breeze!

The master suite has a king sized bed, a dressing table, large walk in wardrobe and an ensuite shower room. The large twin bedroom offers two full size single beds and has a bathroom across the hall.

Landscove Park is a quiet holiday park, the real lure here is the wonderful location and the access to beautiful walks and breathtaking coastal views. The quaint harbour town of Brixham is a short drive or 1.5 mile walk away, which offers a whole host of attractions and excellent eateries.

Please note:
Landscove is a quiet park and does not provide traditional holiday park entertainment. There are refurbished facilities on site including an undercover swimming pool, activities room, small shop, ‘The Cove’ Bar & Kitchen, which also hosts occasional live music from local bands.
Passes are required to use the above facilities, and can be purchased from reception. Costs are very reasonable and are as follows:
Up to 4 nights – Adult: £5 Child (U18): £3.00
5-7 nights – Adult: £10.00 Child (U18): £5

Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome, but not to be left unattended in the property.
